We design, fabricate and test a variety of circuits, both integrated and hybrid. We have particular interests in very high frequency circuits (e.g. operating at > 100 GHz) and in ones that do some sort of analog signal processing, like phase shifters. We're also interested in nonlinear circuits for harmonic generation, e.g. nonlinear transmission lines. Links
